1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and 365vic ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 365vic website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. 2.2 Account Creation and Security

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy and completeness at all times.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or through third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify 365vic of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

The 365vic Platform accepts deposits through various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed clearly within the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to decline any deposit at our sole discretion without providing a reason.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 365vic account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities. We reserve the right to conduct verification checks on deposits and may request supporting documentation regarding the source of funds. Deposits made with stolen or fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures designed to ensure account security and regulatory compliance. First-time withdrawals require identity verification through submission of government-issued identification documents and proof of address. Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method selected, with GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes, while bank transfers may require one (1) to three (3) business days.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the Platform. We reserve the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account status, verification level, and historical gaming activity. All withdrawals are subject to review for compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and to detect potential fraud or abuse. We may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

3.3 Fees and Charges

365vic does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals processed through GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfers. However, third-party payment processors or financial institutions may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such third-party charges. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions involving currencies other than Philippine Peso.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

4.1 Bonus Terms

365vic offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and time limits, which are clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 4.2 Promotional Modifications

Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly, with no manipulation by 365vic or any third party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published transparently on the Platform.

Players must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to the use of bots or automated playing systems, exploiting software errors or glitches, engaging in chip dumping or collusion in multiplayer games, and reverse engineering or decompiling any Platform software. Violation of fair play principles will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, all affected bets and gameplay shall be void, and funds will be refunded to player accounts. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 365vic. Unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute copyright infringement and will result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365vic, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that online gaming involves risk of financial loss and that 365vic is not responsible for any losses incurred through your use of the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to assume all risks associated with online gaming activities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 365vic and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, including but not limited to any use of the Platform's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., or through mediation if mutually agreed upon by both parties.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against 365vic. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of 365vic to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

365vic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, creation of multiple accounts, providing false information during registration, money laundering, or any conduct deemed detrimental to 365vic or its users.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Any outstanding account balances, subject to verification and compliance with withdrawal procedures, will be returned to you unless prohibited by law or these Terms and Conditions. Bonuses, promotional credits, and loyalty points will be forfeited upon account termination. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
